Healthier Chocolate Mousse

12 oz bittersweet chocolate

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp chili powder

3/4 brown sugar

1 ripe avocado ( you may want to use two if they are small)

Melt the chocolate with the cinnamon and chili powder.  You can melt it in a double boiler or microwave for 1 minute, stir,  if not melted than in heat in 10 second increments. Puree the avocado with brwon sugar in a food processor or blender.  While it is mixing pour in the chocolate.  

With a mixer beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.  Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg whites.  Pour the mousse into small bowls or fancy glasses.  Refrigerate at least one hour before serving or cover and refrigerate overnight.
