Sharon's Best Homemade Whipped Cream

2 Cups Cass Clay Whipping Cream (substitute your favorite local creamery's cream)

2 tblps sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

Chill Mixer and beaters till they feel very cold to the touch.

Whip on high speed gradually adding sugar and vanilla beat till stiff but do not beat too long or it will turn into butter.

 Use for the popovers or cream puffs in Episode 8 or spoon onto your favorite dessert.
